Balgonie Castle sits in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. Once a grand castle for such nobles as Sir Thomas Sibbald, Sir Robert Lundie, General Alexander Leslie, Lord Balfour and other prominant families of it's era.
Well over 700+ year old fortified castle that sits 40 minutes from Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee, and only 20 minutes from St Andrews.
King James IV, Mary Queen of Scots and Rob Roy MacGregor have visited the castle.
Open to the public Wednesday - Sunday 12:00 - 17:00. Closed Mondays & Tuesdays and during private events. Private Events open until Midnight.
Private Tours: £7 for Adults, £5 OAP, £4 Child. Schools are FREE with booked viewing time.

The Lundie Hall comfortably hold 80 guests. Appropriately dubbed a "blank canvas" can be converted into a meeting room, dance floor, Tea & Coffee, or Private Pub. Was a film location for Outlander, season 1, episodes 13 & 15.
