Situated in the middle of Glastonbury high street, The Avalon Constitutional Club offers its members and guests a comfortable setting to enjoy its wide range of competitively priced drinks. It also offers a recently refurbished snooker room and skittle alley. The club is also used by local organisations such as the Burma Star association and Carnival Clubs.
The Club
Although the building dates from 1886 as the Avalon Club, the club in its present form was founded in 1910. During the years since then it has undergone a number of changes in layout and name. As we celebrate our centenary in 2010, we look forward to the future with great confidence as our membership grows and we enjoy our newly refurbished club.
