The King Charles is a family run pub steeped in history and listed in many haunted buildings books. Formally named the New Inn, it is one of the oldest pubs in Poole, dating back to 1765. The building itself dates back to the 1300s when it was a woolhouse.

Nowadays a very popular public house, providing excellent food, beers and entertainment, with an upstairs function room for hire for private parties and meetings.
