The Centre offers excellent facilities which are available for hire by organisations, businesses or individuals for meetings, presentations, private parties etc. Community Groups also hold weekly day care meetings for the elderly members of the West Indian and Asian communities, where they are able to get together and meet up with friends, gain valuable information on issues affecting the elderly; have a hot meal, play games, sing and do gentle exercises. Other community members include the Ghanaian Society, the Italian Association, the Indian Cultural Society, the Mauritian Society and more.

The Centre runs a music project, Culture Sound, for the youths of Aylesbury. This project gives them a focal point where they can meet to learn numerous skills to prepare them for working life, e.g. recording studio work, computer skills, team working skills, or learn to play a musical instrument.

The MCC is conveniently located in the town of Aylesbury and is about five minutes’ walk from the town centre, train station, and bus station. Car parking is available at the MCC but it is limited, however additional parking is available from a large car park, which is situated adjacent to the Centre.
