Newly built in 2009, the hall features a large multi-function space suitable for music, dancing, dinners, weddings, indoor sports, films, exhibitions, sales and more. We also have two meeting rooms, changing rooms, showers, a well equipped kitchen and parking for around 40 cars, with separate accessible parking. The hall itself is fully accessible with an electric main door, ramps, and accessible toilet facilities. It has both broadband WiFi and 4G signal coverage. Two stages, a Litec lighting truss, LED stage lighting, some AV equipment and gazebos are all available for hire. The main hall has professional sound panels, making Minginish Hall a preferred venue for many bands.

The Preshal meeting room has a carpeted floor and a pull-down projection screen, making it suitable for meetings. There are doors to the main hall and an external door, allowing it to be used without passage through the main hall. There is also a soundproof room divider which enables the room to be split into two smaller meeting rooms.

The kitchen is a large domestic kitchen rather than a commercial kitchen. It can cater for up to 80 with suitable preparation beforehand. It includes twin sinks, a handwash basin, induction hob (steel pans only), double ovens, two microwaves, hot water boilers, crockery and cups, cutlery, glasses, a large domestic fridge/freezer, a first aid kit and a fire blanket.
