Commercial Venue

Welcome to Coldstream.Co - an exciting new website project for the town community and to help visitors know more about the 'First True Border Toun', the birthplace of the Coldstream Guards and the home of the ex-Prime Minister, Sir Alec Douglas-Home.
Instigated by the Coldstream Community Trust, our aim is to bring together all the fragmented information available online regarding Coldstream into one central 'hub'.
Every organisation in the town and surrounding area have their own space on the site where they can create, if they like, a 'micro site' all of their own, detailing all the ins; it's as simple as using a woformation relating to the club they represent. Nominated members of each club can have full editing rights to update pages, add pages, images, even videord processor!
We are also working offline collating a services directory for the area where all local businesses will have free listings. In short we aim to provide a one stop information centre for our community and visitors alike!
For visitors, you will find Coldstream as a 'gem', with good parking, accommodation and a friendly atmosphere. 50 miles from Edinburgh, gateway to the Scottish Borders, 12 miles from historic Berwick-upon-Tweed and the railway, 15 miles to the beautiful Northumberland coast line and 5 miles to the Cheviot Hills. There is so much to see. For a start, below is the view from Henderson Park towards Coldstream bridge, the link between England and Scotland.
Throughout the website some of our photographs have an autumnal look. We will replace these during 2015 with summer photos.
