Knighton Community Centre has hosted great gigs by World-class acts like festival favourites The Beat, Oysterband and Bad Shepherds. Comedy, electro-swing, professional wrestling, they've all featured at the centre. The main hall's huge dancefloor makes the venue ideal for acts that like to get the audience moving and during the week it is the venue for badminton, karate, zumba, amateur dramatics etc. Check out our website or Facebook page to see what's coming up.
On the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month the main hall is transformed into a large indoor market with local meat, fruit and vegetables, bread and cakes and other produce on offer, as well as a wide range of handcrafted goods. It is also a popular budget-priced wedding reception venue.

The centre has a smaller hall, The Reynolds Room, suitable for meetings of up to 50 people. This room is busy throughout the week with art and fitness activities, as well as a health clinic and regular Flicks-in-the-Sticks film screenings.

The centre's fully stocked bar has become a popular music venue in its own right, being an ideal size for small folk groups and acoustic performers, attracting audiences of up to 70.

The kitchen, as well as being available for use when dinners are put on in the halls, has also frequently been used for cookery classes.
