The Beaufort Arms is in the village of Raglan, historically connected with nearby Raglan Castle, close to both Monmouth and Abergavenny.
It’s owners and their welcoming staff offer very good service combined with excellent food and drink in a relaxed informal atmosphere with bedrooms to match.
People come to the Beaufort for all sorts of reasons, for lunch or dinner, for a drink, to escape work or even to work, to explore Monmouthshire’s beautiful scenery sometimes, from across the world if their name is Raglan or they live in Raglan USA or Raglan New Zealand.
Local attractions include historic Chepstow, Monmouth, Hereford and Abergavenny and famous castle and abbey ruins along Offa’s Dyke as well as the magnificent Brecon Beacons.
The village is half an hour from Bristol and Cardiff. We regularly welcome returning guests who simply enjoy the inns relaxed informal atmosphere and delicious food.
