Rhiwbina Memorial Hall is located in the heart of Rhiwbina and offers a variety of facilities to the community. The Hall has three function rooms:

The Main Hall – a large room suitable for major events. It has a substantial stage, and sound and lighting facilities can be made available for public performances. Rhiwbina Amateur Theatrical Society produce regular shows in this hall. Having a sprung floor it is also suitable for dancing and a variety of physical activities This room is used weekly by Rhiwbina Badminton Club.
Veryard Room – this is suitable for smaller functions.
Williams Room -a useful room for meetings and private functions
The Memorial Hall also has a large kitchen which can be used as a licensed bar if required (subject to the conditions of the Memorial Hall licence). The car park has capacity for 30 cars, including four disabled parking spaces. The Hall has disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.
