The Beacon Centre is a community building with a total floor space of 1300 sq mtrs with rooms available for hire for community and business purposes and also runs a whole host of activities throughout the week designed for kids to seniors.

The Centre has a large car park and is in easy access of the A48 and M4 and Cardiff.

The Centre is also an excellent community resources and there are preferential hire rate for community activities based in the centre.

Functions of the Beacon Centre

The Beacon centre is a multipurpose community based centre which accommodates the following:

A community cafe - which is open from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 3:15pm except Wednesdays 12..15pm-3.15pm. Buffet lunches available on site or delivered to your door.

Community Computers:- We have 5 PCs Available in our IT Suite to use(free of charge) by the community for Job search, Information and advice only(please check availability first ). No access using external storage such as USB/memory devices are allowed and no printers directly attached to the computers. Print outs can be arranged(Small donations accepted) when convenient(please ask at reception)

Flexible room hire - if you need a room for a meeting or weekly activity we would love to talk to you.

Flexible function hire: From children's parties to wedding receptions and everything in between. The centre has all the facilities for a great venue for these functions

Flexible workshop space with rooms suitable for a whole host of activities from fitness activities to computer training.

Office space for community groups and local business. This available for hire at good rates in this excellent facility with internet access and other office facilities. We already have a number of local businesses hiring room in the beacon centre but why not call to see if there is space for your business too.
