Old colwyn golf club is regarded as the Hidden Gem of golf courses in North Wales our 9 hole meadowland course is situated less than a mile from the A55 Chester to Holyhead coast road. Old Colwyn golf club has beautiful views of the Welsh countryside and the Irish sea, we invite all visitors to enjoy the challenging course and marvel at all that Old colwyn golf club can offer.
Old Colwyn golf club is a par 68 5263 yard course designed by the legendary golfer and 5 times Open Champion James Braid, and was opened during September 1907. The course consists of one par 5 five par 4`s and three par 3`s the 7th hole 159 yard par 3 is our signature hole where you need to clear three large mature oak trees that guard the front of the green.
The strength of Old Colwyn golf club is not only the course but the club itself, you will be sure to receive a warm welcome and we invite you to join us in the clubhouse after your round for a drink and to share your stories.
