The Corus Sports and Social Centre is the former British Steel club, its found in Dormanstown just a small hop from the trunk road to Redcar.

We have a function room that can seat 190 people that is available for hire (apart from Saturday evenings) for private events such as christenings, engagements, weddings and parties.

We run our own evenings on a Saturday night when we have Bingo, Raffles, Artistes and a disco from our resident Menacing Ladz.

We have 3 darts teams on a Monday playing in the Redcar league. The Reds, Blues and Greens.

We have an opening for a pool team on a Tuesday should anyone wish to move their side here or start a new team.

Friday night in the lounge we have Bingo, Sunday night we have Poker.

Mondays & Thursdays 5-7pm we have the Classified Dance group

Wednesdays 6-8pm the Ladies of Steel run a youth club for children aged 7-15 years old.
