Located in Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter our building has space to choose from with wheelchair access.

Our unique building is very flexible and can be adapted to fit the requirements of your event. We have high speed wi-fi access throughout the building and are equipped with projectors, sound systems, and any other technical bits you might need.

esea Studio

The esea Studio is situated on our lower ground floor and is a purpose built space perfect for seminars or private functions. It has a capacity of 50 delegates, a projector and speakers in situ, and a kitchen area for your catering needs. The space is fully flexible with a removable partition wall that can be pulled across for breakout sessions or added privacy in meetings.
