A favourite venue for fairs, Barton Village Hall hosts Arts, Crafts, Books, Stamps, and Doll fairs, on a regular basis. The local community is served with many types of classes as well other community events. A popular winter Monday evening event is Bingo, with people coming from miles around to attend.
Barton Village Hall is also available for private functions and hired out on an hourly basis, please complete the contact form for details.
Barton Bowling and Tennis clubs, both dating back to the 1920's, are situated within the hall complex and extend a welcome to new members.
Barton Village hall, Preston, was built in 1924 from funds raised by Villagers to provide residents of Barton and surrounding areas, a facility for organisations and groups of all ages and interests to meet.
Over the years subsequent refurbishments and additions have been made to constantly improve and update the building.
Barton Village Hall is a registered charity (No. 224407) and is administered and run by a Management Committee of Trustees. The trustees are elected members of the local community and have been instrumental in the continuing development of the hall, providing the local community with outstanding facilities.
