Aquum decided to further its potential by bringing in a creative, new ingredient to its venue, now serving Modern Greek Food daily, with Tasos Tologlou, heading up this exciting venture. The food menu itself, which has been specially designed by Head Chef Anastasios Tologlou (previously at Medlar, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal), features much loved Greek classics with a modern twist.
The chic and atmospheric interiors of the venue combine dark leather seating with petrol blue hues and impressive light installations, creating the perfect party atmosphere. In addition to the eating and drinking areas on the basement and ground floor level, Aquum also features a private event space with its own bar, ideal for hiring out for special occasions.
