St. Mary's Community Complex is made up of 5 different centres in Eltham, offering rooms for hire to suit varying needs from small intimate meeting rooms, for up to 10 people, right up to halls suitable for weddings, birthday parties, life celebrations, conferences taking a maximum of 200 people.

There are 5 different hire rates depending on the type of hirer. Terms and Conditions of Hire apply and Refundable Deposits apply.

•Commercial companies (or room hire for commercial purposes) are the most expensive with regional companies being offered a small discount, and local companies being offered a larger discount.

•Private individuals, wanting to hire halls for non-commercial events, such as birthday parties, wedding receptions, group meetings etc.
