We have been providing unforgettable experiences to groups for over 30 years and we take pride in making sure every detail is to your exact requirements. Our warm and welcoming staff really look after your group members and nothing is too much trouble. Our outdoor centre means that your group embers can enjoy a full range of outdoor activities including RIB trips, coasteering, sailing, archery, climbing and more.

Raasay House has 21 bedrooms of different sizes and specifications, with every bed filled we can sleep 87. Although a lot of our rooms are family rooms some groups prefer single occupancy and we are more than happy to quote for this too. We generally offer full board as we are the only place to eat on the island and we can build in extras such as outdoor activities, minibus tours, RIB trips and Raasay distillery tours (our neighbours) if requested.
