Assynt House is a luxury holiday home available for rentals situated in the Highlands of Scotland. A 5 star exclusive use venue, available for holiday lets, celebrations, family groups, house parties and as an elegant wedding venue.

This historic Georgian property has seven spacious and individually designed bedrooms, all of which are en-suite. The house sleeps 14 plus cots.

There is a large kitchen with everything you will need for entertaining large numbers. A wood panelled drawing room with open log fires and a dining table seating 14. A sitting room, study and TV lounge and daily housekeeping is complimentary.

WEDDINGS

Assynt House is an exclusive use wedding venue in the Highlands of Scotland. We only host a small number of weddings each year and will be on hand to help with arrangements for your special day. Assynt House makes the perfect venue for and intimate and individual wedding.

A luxury 5 star venue, we can cater for up to 50 guests inside the house, if numbers go beyond this we have the space outside for you to hire a marquee for up to 150 guests. Catering is taken care of in-house, Graham Waugh creates a wedding menu to suit you, with any favourites you would like to incorporate.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Assynt House is a large holiday house with 7 en-suite bedrooms, all individually designed. The house can accommodate up to 14 adults, we also have 2 cots and fold-away beds available which are suitable for young children.

A spacious 5 star holiday home, upstairs we have four bedrooms, all with classic furnishings and generous proportions, three super-kings and one king-size room.
These bedrooms all have beautiful redwood floorboards, high ceilings and views of our garden and over to the Cromarty Firth. Two bedrooms can be made into twin rooms, should you wish, they all have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

On our lower ground floor we have a further three spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden, more contemporary in their design with the added luxury of under floor heating and a local Caithness Stone floor. Two super-king and one King-size bedroom, two of which can be made into twin beds. All have their own en-suite, one with large shower, one with a bath and shower, the final bedroom has a double spa bath and shower.
