Holiday Inn London Bexley is a flexible venue suited to everything from meetings to weddings and parties. With 107 bedrooms, mini gym, onsite restaurant and 8 function rooms to choose from, including a large garden and patio perfect for summer events, Holiday Inn Bexley has a variety of spaces suited to corporate, leisure and social occasions.
Situated inside what was once a hugely popular 70s live music venue, ‘The Black Prince’ pub, paved the way for some famous names in the music industry, but thankfully the interior is very much modern day. It has a large open lobby space, perfect for a catchup with family and friends or an impromptu meeting with a colleague. Food is available from the all day dining menu and why not grab a Starbucks coffee from the bar while you’re there.
If you’re travelling by car, the hotel is within easy access of the A2 and M25. If you’re coming from Kent via the A2, the hotel is conveniently located outside of the ULEZ zone. It has parking spaces for 180 cars and 1 EV charger onsite.
Bexley train station is a short 10minute walk from the hotel through the beautiful old Bexley village. Trains go to Waterloo East, Charing Cross or London Bridge taking just 35minutes to get into the centre of London. The hotel is also a 15 minute drive away from Abbey Wood Train Station which has access to the excellent Elizabeth Line. Bexleyheath town centre is just a short drive, taxi or bus ride away from the hotel too.
After your event, you can retreat to one of its 107 bedrooms for a relaxing night’s rest if you don’t fancy making the journey home, all of which are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and a choice of pillows to help you sleep. F

The Black Prince suite is the largest of our meeting spaces with a central partition wall, which means the suite can be used as one large room, or split into two half rooms.
These rooms can be configured to suit various group sizes, from intimate board meetings to large-scale presentations in a variety of layouts.
The Black prince suite connects to a shared break out area where Tea/coffee facilities are available for delegates and doors lead out onto the hotel patio and gardens for that breath of fresh air between sessions.

The Edwards suite is in a quiet corner of our academy where delegates will have easy access to our communal breakout area where they can help themselves to tea, coffee, and refreshments.
Our Edwards suite boasts natural daylight with 4 large windows looking over the hotel gardens. The room is fully heated, air conditioned and is a great space for meetings, conferences, weddings, private hire events and wakes.
The Suite can accommodate between 15 – 90 delegates depending on your preferred layout. The suite can be used as a large space or has a partition wall which can split the room into two half sections.
