Dear Hyatt Guest,

On 21st November 2014, Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill, experienced a gas explosion in the hotel's basement.

Due to this situation the hotel is currently closed for the foreseeable future and is unable to accept reservations at this time. We are working hard to establish the exact schedule for the repairs and the re-opening and we hope we can provide more information after the 28th January 2015.

For guests with upcoming reservations through and including 28th February 2015:
We kindly suggest to contact your travel planner who will have been informed of this situation. The hotel will make every effort where possible to assist guests with alternative arrangements if requested. Guests may cancel reservations without penalty, including those on the Advance Purchase Rate
