As well as hosting receptions, we can also arrange for you to hold your ceremony within the hotel as we have a licence to conduct services in any of our banqueting suites.

WEDDING PLANNING

We assign each couple a dedicated wedding specialist who will work with you to create the day of your dreams. From arranging timings to catering, flowers to linen, we can take the strain out of planning.

CATERING

We can provide all manner of cuisine for your big day. From canapés to desserts, a lavish buffet to a sit-down dinner, we have the experience and ideas to create your perfect menu. Our sommelier can offer advice on the best drinks to complement your chosen menu.

PERFECT TOUCHES

We enjoy established relationships with a number of external suppliers and will be happy to recommend everything from photographers to wedding stationery and cakes. Our talented in-house florist is an expert in crafting beautiful arrangements. If you are holding a reception in our stunning ballroom, we can arrange for you to enter through the private Royal Entrance from Hyde Park. If entering from Knightsbridge, we can organise personalised flags with your names or initials to fly over the entrance.

TOASTMASTER (SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE)

We can arrange for a Toastmaster to assist with the smooth running of your party. He will welcome and introduce guests on arrival, ensure people receive their placement cards at the reception, announce dinner, announce the arrival of the bride and groom and introduce the speeches.

WEDDING BELLES

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental offers Wedding Belles, the ultimate programme for brides-to-be. Tailor-made to you and your needs, this pampering package includes:

A full day Tranquil Escape two months in advance of the big day.
A half day Soothing Ritual two weeks before the big day.

We offer every couple who book our ballroom the opportunity to spend their First Night in a sumptuous Junior Suite as a gift from the hotel.

Our talented events team are experts when it comes to creative thinking, having arranged everything from Royal banquets to intimate cocktail parties. We offer the same attention to detail, no matter how large or small your party, and can arrange every event seamlessly, adding sophisticated audio-visual technology and transforming the atmosphere with linens and flower arrangements. Once you have booked your event with us, we will assign you a dedicated Events Manager who will oversee all the details.
