The Venue talked with us before going ahead with the upgrade and was fully aware of the small cost involved. They have not responded to any attempts at communication or raised any queries - we are therefore left with the feeling that it is a deliberate act not to pay their bills and therefore feel it is reasonable to warn anyone thinking of using them about their business ethics.
