Peterstone Lakes is a stunning 18 hole golf course set in acres of peaceful Welsh countryside, just outside Cardiff. The course was designed by Bob Sandow and is a par 72. It is a fair but challenging flat course with plenty of water hazards en route.
Peterstone Lakes is also an outstanding venue for weddings, private functions, corporate events and social dinners. Conveniently located just 10 minutes off the M4 between Cardiff and Newport you can be assured of a warm welcome coupled with high standards both on and off the golf course and excellent levels of service.
Peterstone Lakes Golf Club was opened in 1990 and is situated upon the Gwent Levels in a site of special scientific interest, the land being reclaimed from the sea over a thousand years ago. Peterstone Lakes is set among open countryside surrounded by natural waterways and is adjacent to the Severn estuary. The Wentloog and Gwent Levels are classed as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Golf Course has become one of South Wales favourite golfing venues, complimented by an outstanding club house and function rooms.

Peterstone Lakes Golf Club is licenced to host civil ceremonies for up to 150 guests in the Crystal Suite, 70 guests in the Fairways Suite and 20 guests in our Private Lounge.

Our main function room is called the Crystal suite and is a bright relaxing room that measures 82ft long and 50ft wide with a ceiling height of 10ft. It can hold up to 150 people sat as theatre style or if preferred the room can be partitioned to divide the room in half. There are disabled access and toilet facilities on the same floor level.
We have 6ft x 2ft trestle tables that can be used individually or combined to form a U shape seating arrangement or two sized round tables that can seat up to 10 people. You can use a combination of these to form your perfect seating arrangements.
The Crystal suite is fully climate controlled and has free Wi-Fi. We have an 8ft x 6ft static pull down projector screen and a 5ft x 5ft mobile projector screen and a flip chart, there are also other tables for projectors to sit on and extension cables.
