There has been a Sports and Social Club on these grounds since 1900 when the Great Western Railway used to own some 100 acres of meadows. In 1997 The Mike Gooley Trailfinders Charity bought the freehold of what is now the Trailfinders Sports Club, over £13 million has been invested to establish the best venue of its kind in the land.

CONFERENCES
We have 3 halls each catering for up to 260 delegates and 8 conference rooms for up to 30 delegates.
Each and every conference has its own preferences, requirements and budget. Our Managers are skilled in discussing options and helping you plan your conference just the way you want it – call for your personalised quote today.
We have 8 smaller rooms which can be used as conference, syndicate or breakfast rooms for 4-40 people.
Conferences in the Olympic Pavilion benefit from a quiet and exclusive atmosphere in contrast to other busy hotel facilities.
A senior member of our Events Team is always on hand to address your needs as they arise. You can park your car a few paces from your meeting room.
There are several adjacent verandahs allowing you to step out and get some fresh air during breaks.
