Visitors to Manor Hill House will receive a warm welcome at the comfortable family home of Michael and Emma Moffett. The house has been fully refurbished in a contemporary style, with light and spacious rooms enjoying panoramic views over the tranquil West Midlands countryside. Located only three miles from Junction 5 of the M5, Manor Hill House offers ease of access from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester, Kidderminster, Birmingham and the surrounding localities.

Manor Hill House is a contemporary property which has been fully refurbished to a very high specification. The property is set in a wonderfully tranquil location in rural Worcestershire, yet only half an hour south of Birmingham city centre and just 3 miles from Junction 5 M5.

Hired on an ‘exclusive to you’ basis, guests may enjoy private serviced use of the fully adaptable reception rooms, gardens and grounds. The Drawing Room is licensed for up to 100 people for civil ceremonies and the adjoining Summer Room is licensed for up to 66 people. With a marquee attached to the Summer Room additional guests can be accommodated for the ceremony. The reception rooms both feature large glazed doors opening onto an extensive sun terrace, complete with glazed balustrading and panoramic views over landscaped gardens to the distant Clee Hills.
