The Conigre is a charming, wisteria-clad 400 year old Farmhouse with converted Stables, set on the outskirts of Melksham, Wiltshire. This beautiful grade II listed House has 8 ensuite bedrooms, each individually decorated for your comfort and including Ground floor and Family Rooms.

The Conigre is our family home, as well as a business and we pride ourselves on offering a friendly welcome in a relaxed environment. Children of all ages are welcome.

Our Restaurant offers Modern British cuisine using locally sourced produce wherever possible, complimented by an interesting wine list from around the globe. Dinner is cooked and served by your Hosts, Sam & Gordon, and please note that bookings are essential.

The Conigre also has a large Function room, ideal for Weddings, special occasions and Business meetings and Conferences.

The Conigre Hotel, Melksham, WiltshireSet in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, the Conigre offers the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are ideally based for exploring the wealth of attractions nearby with Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Castle Combe, Lacock, Longleat & Centreparcs all within a 20 minute drive. Salisbury and Stonehenge are within easy reach and we are 15 minutes from Junction 17 of the M4 (Chippenham), giving swift access to Swindon and Bristol. Closer to home are the local business centres of Trowbridge & Corsham.
