Willow Barns, Graffham, is a unique bed & breakfast, which was newly built in 2010 using traditional methods in flint and brick. It lies in a peaceful location under the South Downs, on the edge of Graffham village. We have the added convenience, of being located right next door to our very own Pub, newly acquired and refurbished this year. Graffham is within the South Downs National Park, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Willow Barns stand alone, so you can enjoy the freedom of coming and going as you please, without the worry of being in someone else's home. Each room opens onto the courtyard via its own front door, where you can sit and enjoy the views.

We have an enviable network of both footpaths and bridal ways suitable for all abilities in the area, these include the South Downs Way. We welcome cyclists and horse riders, and, can arrange turn out in the field adjacent to the Barns.

There are several beautiful market towns such as Petworth, Midhurst and Arundel to name a few. They all provide excellent and interesting shopping, farmers markets and historic houses to visit.

Goodwood with its Festival of Speed, Revival and horse racing, is only around 7 miles away. Cowdray for golf and polo is on the doorstep. Clay pigeon shooting with professional instructors is also available nearby.
