The Great Barn at Dorset House is a gorgeous barn wedding venue near Pulborough in West Sussex. Built in the Tudor period, this delightful wedding reception venue is situated in the pretty village of Bury on the South Downs and set in 40 acres of beautiful medieval gardens with views over the River Arun.
Wedding Ceremonies
Dorset House is licensed for civil wedding and partnership ceremonies of up to 150 guests. A unique feature of this venue is the Amphitheatre that can be used as setting for outdoor blessing, with guests seated on the stone terraces.
Wedding Receptions
The barn is constructed from half hammer beams with a purpose built dance floor, open log fire, and massive doors opening on to the gardens - perfect for summer or winter weddings. Up to 150 guests can be seated for a wedding breakfast.
