Mentioned in the Domesday Book as being part of the Abbess of Glastonbury’s estate, the Manor House was originally built in classic Queen Anne style before being upgraded in the 17th century to Bath stone. Purchased in July 2013 by Tudor & Lucy Hopkins (and Camber the dog) who are restoring the hotel back to its former glory. They have recruited Chef Matthew Briddon (River Cafe, Paul Heathcotes) who has created mouthwatering dishes using the hotels kitchen garden and on site smokery.

Set in 4 acres with Bee hives, apple orchards, manicured lawns and walled gardens.
The Milking Parlour can accommodate up to 150 guests for a ceremony and is also the late night party room with its own dedicated bar, dance area and outside terrace. In the evening fire pits are lit and guests can relax in a number of different areas.
