A fine Grade 1 listed historic house built in 1733 situated near Salisbury, Wiltshire; a welcoming family home also used to host civil weddings & receptions, corporate events and private parties. Originally known as Standlynch Park, the name was changed in 1813 when Parliament voted to provide a suitable estate for the heirs of Admiral Lord Nelson and to commemorate the Battle of Trafalgar.
Trafalgar Park is a privately owned 18th century bespoke wedding venue. Set amid parkland and formal gardens and just above the River Avon, a sweeping tree lined driveway, alongside a long grassy vista, leads you to the elegant mansion making it a stunning place for a civil wedding/partnership ceremony and reception. Situated only 8 miles from Salisbury, Trafalgar Park is one of the most desirable wedding venues in Wiltshire. Whilst we are not able to offer accommodation in the house we do have a wonderful selection of local B&Bs, pubs and hotels all within easy reach of Trafalgar Park.
This fabulous location is exclusively yours for an Intimate wedding venue.
The magnificent Baroque Hall can seat up to 120 guests for a civil ceremony. For the smaller, more initimate wedding, the Saloon is licensed for 50 guests and the Cipriani Room for 15 guests.
