The Neo Hotel is a beautiful, contemporary 9 bedroom Bed & Breakfast offering high class accommodation near the West Pier & The Brighton Centre and only five minutes from the buzz of the city. A beautiful B&B by the sea, it is ideally located in a secluded side street and we also have some of the best restaurants in brighton on our doorstep.

This georgian grade II listed townhouse is where modern oriental opulence meets regency romance by the sea. It has everything you would expect from a small modern boutique hotel. We pride ourselves on being individual, quirky, professionally staffed and totally unique - the very epitomy of a modern luxury bed and breakfast in brighton. All 9 ensuite rooms are highly individual with gorgeous original wallpapers ranging from stunning designs by Ralph Lauren, & Vintage Osborne & Little to Cole & Sons latest vintage offerings.

The rooms are very comfortable with 5 star pocket sprung club beds, white cotton sheets, waffle kimonos, TV & DVD facilities (choose the latest titles from our complimentary well stocked DVD library), free wifi access and Bodum kettles & Clipper products for making drinks. Guests also benefit from our exquisite range of toiletries from the Damana Earth & Sun range, enriched with natural herbal extracts!

The cocktail bar also combines cool with comfort where you can sit on white leather banquettes and sip a delicious pre-dinner cocktail or just share a bottle of wine with friends. The neo has an elegant, warm sophisticated vibe and super friendly staff and we go out of our way to provide a great ambience for everyone. So if you're down for the weekend to catch the sea air, going for it in party style with friends or just want to chill out... we aim to make it happen.

MEETINGS

If you are looking for an original, informal meeting space offering something a bit different then the neo makes an ideal venue. We have a beautiful light airy room with crystal chandelier, large windows and very comfortable seating and can provide conference style long tables if required. We cater for smaller groups, with a minimum of 2 people up to a maximum of 20 or so people and offer customised and stylish service according to your company's needs. Clients in the know include GSM property, Procter & Gamble, Sightsavers and the Energy Saving Trust & Debenhams.

Full day rate includes, welcome tea/morning coffee + pastries , full gastro buffet lunch bottled mineral water throughout the day and afternoon tea/coffee.

We also have flip charts, pens etc and can organise slide projectors and other equipment if necessary.

Food

We have a very experienced chef and can provide delicious freshly prepared buffet lunches and can customise a menu to suit your company’s requirement.

PRIVATE HIRE

The neo is the perfect place if you have a special event coming up and want somewhere to host your private do. Think of having your own big posh house with staff to share with your friends for a weekend by the sea!!!

Weddings

We have held many receptions at the neo and can custom tailor any wedding party for you whether you want something small & intimate or something larger.
We have accommodation for 17/18 guests and can provide a whole range of reception party styles to suit your particular needs.

Some suggestions might include a buffet reception for up to 60-70 people spread across our bar & dining room to a more low key 3 or 4 course elegant sit down unforgettable dinner in the privacy of our beautiful dining room with its stunning chandelier.

You may also like to think about hiring the whole building* for your birthday party whatever age you’re celebrating. We can provide delicious canapés served by our friendly, efficient staff and some fabulous cocktails beers and champagne from our extensive menu. We guarantee you a good time because we’re relaxed and friendly, elegant but not pretentious and we believe in style AND substance.

Costs

There is a £200.00 hire fee on top of the standard individual room rates to hire the building. This guarantees that you get extra fabulous personal service as large groups are generally much more work!!!! This is redeemable against a food bill
should you wish to take up private dining or a buffet or canapés for your party.

For all weekend bookings guests must stay for a 2 night minimum including Friday & Sat night.

Food

A big part of your enjoyment of any party comes from getting the food right. We have a very experienced chef and all our menus can be customised to suit your needs. If you don’t like fish or you’re vegetarian for example or want a mediteranean theme – it’s no problem. We only use the freshest, high quality seasonal ingriedients and we’ll also sit down with you personally every step of the way to discuss exactly what you’d like.

Private dining sit down wedding menus start from around £30 per head excluding wine & other drinks. Our minimum dining size is 12 guests.
