The 'Conservatory@Langhams' is an a la carte restaurant, awarded One AA Rosette for fine dining. We offer exceptional food at reasonable prices.

At a table in The Conservatory you can enjoy an intimate meal with stunning views of the English Channel. Our three-course dinner menu is complimented by a good selection of wines, all of which are available by the glass.

We serve an A la carte full English or Continental breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Non-residents are always welcome.


Langham Restaurant

Seating up to 130 people, the Langham Restaurant boasts great food, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

The chairs have been specially designed for your comfort, and stained-glass windows depicting Eastbourne landmarks were commissioned from a local artist.

The restaurant is ideal for large parties, group lunches or dinners, Masonic events, Graduation balls, wedding receptions and major functions.


West Dean Suite

Accommodating up to 120 guests, the West Dean Suite is available for conferences, meetings, weddings, presentations and talks. With its own bar, dance floor and seating, it is the ideal venue for any party or family gathering. We offer a full range of private dining options and buffets. We can also arrange a entertainment if required.


Langhams Bar

Our newly refurbished bar is a great place to unwind with a drink from our large selection of beers, wines, soft drinks, coffee or tea. The bar is open from 10.00am to 8.00pm every day for bar snacks, including Fresh salads, Tasty baguettes, Homemade sandwiches, Home made burger and a traditional Fish and Chips.

In the afternoon, why not relax on the terrace or lounge and enjoy a delicious cream tea with homemade scones. Langhams Bar also has high speed wireless internet access, which is available to residents and non-residents alike.

In the evening you can enjoy a relaxing after-dinner drink, accompanied by live music and entertainment most nights.
