Established in 1924 under the supervision of J H Taylor and K G Hawtree, the course has matured over the years into one of the finest in Sussex.
This private members club measuring 6,218 yards which has a par 70 for Men and a par 72 for Ladies offers a fair challenge of golf along the tree lined fairways with a stream coming into play on six of the holes. Hitting into elevated greens also increases the course's challenge. Popular with both green fee visitors and societies alike, they enjoy the friendly atmosphere and warm welcome to be found in the clubhouse. The club's bar and catering facilities are open seven days a week to guests, visitors, green fees and societies.
