The new bar in the middle of the financial district, aptly named ‘The Bureau’ aims to create a friendly and social environment where guests can indulge in locally produced and thoughtfully sourced deli and bar food, along side a creative and intriguing drinks menu.
The founders of 'The Bureau' Paul Rutter & Zack Foley have been involved in the bar industry in one way or another over the last twelve years & have seized the opportunity of obtaining a fantastic venue in the middle of the financial district of Birmingham to start a venture of their own & adding to the ranks of Birmingham's independent businesses.
The Birmingham duo recruited local culinary talent Stuart Devereaux as head chef as they believe he has the right credentials to develop, source & deliver a high quality, freshly made menu, capitalising on the regions best artisan produce.
