The Brindley Room is one of Austin Court’s smaller spaces and offers an intimate feel and period charm combined with high-end AV facilities, providing delegates with the ideal setting for small meetings, interviews, or round-table discussions for up to 6 people.

Filled with natural light, the Brindley Room is a stimulating and inspiring space to keep delegates alert throughout your event.

This room can also be used in conjunction with other suites for larger events as a breakout room.

If you’re looking for a uniquely secluded outdoor event space for intimate gatherings, look no further than our Courtyard in central Birmingham. Outdoor event venues that benefit from the buzz of the city centre but with quiet and tranquil surroundings are hard to come by!

A popular solution for break-out and catering space for larger indoor events at Austin Court, our landscaped garden offers guests the perfect chance to relax in between conference talks. It’s also a fabulous space to enjoy a meal in the sunshine or mingle at a reception while indulging in delicious canapés and cocktails.

Our outdoor event space can cater for up to 100 guests and comprises of a network of walkways and seating areas. It’s free to use for any clients during their events and can also be exclusively hired as part of a barbeque or party package.

Complemented by stunning high-beamed ceilings, ample natural light, and views over the landscaped Courtyard, the medium-sized space is equipped for a versatile range of event formats.

Over 12 metres long and 5 meters wide, it can comfortably host up to 40 delegates in a theatre-style setting, whilst also often utilised as an intimate exhibition space.

The room offers state-of-the art AV facilities including a projector screen, facilitating the perfect presentation amongst all of its period charm.

This Birmingham Lecture Theatre is the jewel in our venue’s crown.

From a private green room for speakers leading directly onto the stage to foldaway laptop tables in the seats with individual power sockets, the Kingston Lecture Theatre offers all the little touches that make it the perfect choice for a wide range of events in Birmingham for up to 150 guests. This premier lecture theatre is ideal for hosting talks, seminars as part of a conference, or even a pop-up cinema experience. The cutting-edge facilities on offer will delight planners and delegates alike.

The beautifully designed auditorium, which underwent extensive renovation upgrades in 2019, benefits from cutting-edge AV features, from HD projector walls and a widescreen display, to impactful LED coloured lighting.

The Lodge Rooms offer our most versatile series of event spaces and can be set up as one, two or three-interconnecting rooms, depending on the size and purpose of your event. Combined, the characterful spaces can host up to 150 guests and balance a charming mix of modern and period features.

This large space can cater for a huge variety of events, from wedding receptions and celebrations to exhibitions and networking evenings, benefitting from a range of set-ups depending on requirements.

With a barn-like wooden beamed high ceiling juxtaposed by an eclectic exhibition of successful women engineers through the ages adorning the walls, the Lodge Rooms present a unique backdrop for business and private events alike.

The Randall Room is one of our most intimate and peaceful meeting rooms for smaller events of up to 10 guests.

With an LCD TV, state-of-the-art AV, and ample space for a buffet catering station, this room is a simple solution for meetings, interviews, roundtables, and training sessions.

A high, vaulted ceiling and original Georgian beams make the room feel spacious, with two additional nearby recess areas that work brilliantly as refreshment zones or presentation areas.

On the longest side of the room, three large windows flood the space with natural light and offer delegates up-close views of the canal.

Conveniently located just above the reception area, this intimate, quirky space provides a creative and inspiring environment in which to hold a small meeting or interview. We’re confident the in-built AV equipment will result in a glitch-free event, leaving you to focus on the bigger picture.
