With five individually diverse rooms, a fantastic bar and a team of resident chefs and staff, we offer unbelievable value to the highest possible standards.
Constructed in 1840, the house is located in the Surbiton conservation area. The building is a fine example of the architectural transition from late Georgian to the early Victorian and was one of the first substantive family homes to be built in Surbiton. For your convenience we have a 110 capacity car park, disabled toilets and lift access to all floors.
WEDDINGS
SINCE 1921, we have been welcoming discerning guests to this romantic venue of contrasts, rich in history and character. Glenmore House is a fine example of late Georgian architecture situated in the exclusive Surbiton conservation area adjacent to Crescent Gardens, a landscaped park providing the perfect backdrop for photographs. Every wedding we host is unique and our experienced, dedicated wedding co-ordinators ensure that your special day is one that you remember forever. Glenmore House is licenced for civil ceremonies and can accommodate wedding parties from 25 to 140 guests.
Recently refurbished, all our rooms complement each other perfectly. Our light and airy Tudor Room is perfect for your wedding ceremony with elegant 16th century reclaimed cathedral glass windows adding to the sense of occasion.
The fabulous Elizabethan Suite comprises of a magnificent double height ballroom featuring sparkling chandeliers, minstrel galleries and a sprung dance floor; adjoined by an exclusive, contemporary bar designed with the ambience of a high class nightclub. With no room hire charges except for civil ceremonies and no hidden costs, Glenmore House represents outstanding value for money.
Your choice of wedding banquet is prepared in our kitchens by our award winning chefs, who have culinary experience in some of London’s finest establishments. Our delicious food is created for you using the highest quality, freshest ingredients available. We have acquired an enviable reputation for superb value, gourmet cuisine second to none.

A highly flexible venue, Glenmore has a range of rooms designed for private meetings, board meetings and conferences of up to 150 delegates. Our free private car park can safely accommodate up to 110 cars.

• PA System and 1 table top microphone (wireless to our own PA system only)
• Mineral water for all delegates during meeting (equivalent of one 750L still or sparkling per person)
• Use of a flipchart and pens
• Mints
Refreshments
On arrival: a serving of coffee and tea with mini Danish pastries
Mid-morning: a choice of freshly brewed coffee and tea with a selection of biscuits.
Lunch: a hot and cold finger buffet or a set light menu, eg Chilli Corn Carni & Rice
Mid-afternoon: a serving of tea and coffee with afternoon cakes.
