The new hall, 'The Balderton Village Centre' which was named following a local competition, was completed in December 2006. It is the Council's meeting place, where the Council Office is located and also the base for all its staff.
The Centre provides eight changing rooms with integral showers for sports users, with separate rooms for referees.
The large hall can be divided to provide two smaller rooms for Christenings, group meetings etc. The whole hall can accommodate 150-180 people seated at round tables for wedding receptions and parties, and approximately 250 people seated for conferences and meetings.
