Kew’s Royal Kitchens laid untouched for 200 years before being re-opened by Historic Royal Palaces in 2012
They have been re-presented to evoke what life was like on 6 February 1789, after King George III’s first episode of ‘madness’'
CONFERENCES
Nestled in the heart of Kew Gardens, The Royal Kitchens at Kew are an outstanding example of Georgian culinary life and a unique venue for events. Having lain untouched for over 200 years, the kitchens were lovingly restored and revealed for the first time in 2012.
With a makeover to transform its interior spaces now complete, we are delighted to present the Royal Kitchens at Kew as an exciting new meeting space for up to 10 guests. This unique and versatile venue offers all the facilities of a modern meeting venue, but with the added excitement of its period feel, historic resonance and high tech audio-visual facilities. The building provides a spacious and light setting, whilst retaining its unusual and intimate ambience.
The experience can be enhanced with the offer of bespoke guided tours, private viewings and the opportunity to host in conjunction with a variety of receptions and dinners to make every occasion truly memorable. Kew Palace and The Royal Kitchens offer a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of London. Located on the Thames, Kew is just 30 minutes west of Central London; 5 minutes’ walk from Kew Bridge station and is ideally situated for Heathrow Airport, the M4 and the M25 motorways.
