Russets is a privately run, family business. Kate and I fell in love with this unusual and hitherto rather neglected property, immediately seeing its potential as both a family home and a wonderful setting for that special day. With the help of our five daughters we’re involved in every aspect of the day to day running of Russets, from your first visit and booking to the garden maintenance and serving behind the bar

Originally the clubhouse for the adjoining Chiddingfold Golf Club, the building has been completely remodeled. Drawing on years of design experience we've successfully transformed this property into a wonderful, contemporary venue full of space and light, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

WEDDINGS

For a fresh approach to weddings and civil partnerships, Russets Country House is the perfect place for a thoroughly 21st century fairytale celebration. Russets has a civil license to hold ceremonies for up to 100 guests and can cater for up to 180 guests seated for a wedding breakfast and a further 50 guests for an evening function. The venue is licensed until 1.00am with the drinks license running until 12.30am

A privately owned business, where you and your guests are treated as friends. Our aim is for you to have a wonderful time during your entire time here.
