Ramster Hall wedding venue lies in the Surrey Hills between Chiddingfold and Haslemere and is a much loved family home. Surrounded by stunning Surrey parkland and over 25 acres of stunning gardens it is both historic and beautiful and as a wedding venue it cannot be beaten.
Surrey Wedding Venue for civil ceremonies and wedding receptions
Ramster Hall can be hired either as your wedding venue after the church or for your civil ceremony. Ramster Hall was one of the original private homes to be granted a licence for weddings and although we have been doing weddings for over 25 years - every one is still memorable and different!
Once you arrive at Ramster Hall the magnificence of the approach down the drive will impress guests. With exclusive use of the halls and courtyard which are yours for your wedding day, you can have the ceremony here or at one of our local churches and your guests can enjoy the stunning surroundings for the duration of your wedding celebrations.
The Ramster Wedding Halls
There are 3 wedding halls at Ramster Hall, The Long Hall (a converted barn), Great Drawing Room and The Brick Hall (the Brick Hall is optional). The three unique halls surround the enclosed courtyard garden for exclusive use on your wedding day. Ideal for those looking for a barn wedding venue in Surrey.

Wedding Venue in Surrey and West Sussex
Ramster Hall is a magical wedding venue nestling on the borders between Surrey and West Sussex. It is a much loved family home and wedding receptions and civil ceremonies have been held here for over 25 years, but every wedding is different and dealt with on a very personal and intimate level.
Once you arrive at Ramster Hall the magnificence of the approach down the drive will impress wedding guests. With exclusive use of the wedding halls and courtyard which are yours for the day, you can have the wedding ceremony here or at one of our local churches and your wedding guests can enjoy the stunning surroundings for the duration of your wedding celebrations.
The Long Hall can seat 160 for a wedding breakfast, or up to 200 for a stand-up wedding reception. It is a magnificent beamed and paneled hall which is over 100 feet long and dates back to 1604. The vast inglenook fireplace, with a blazing log fire, gives a lovely warm welcome in the winter.
