With its magnificent mansion, from the wood-panelled Goddard Room to the intimate Stephens Room a selection of elegant spaces that are licensed to hold civil ceremony weddings range from elegant wood panelled function rooms for weddings, black tie events, parties and formal occasions to a state of the art 582 seated auditorium ideal for business conferences and theatre productions. The venue is also a great base for sporting events and location filming as well as residential courses, all set within stunning grounds on the Surrey/Kent border.
The incredible surrounding grounds provide the most spectacular backdrops for any function with beautiful features such as the pergola walk, stone benches and a fountain pond. Use of the grounds is included in the exclusive hire of the venue and the gorgeous outdoor space offers the perfect location for your drinks receptions and outdoor events.
Our excellent in-house catering team provide first-class, silver service, decadent dining experience making our event truly unforgettable. The catering team take a flexible approach, offering a wide variety of mouth-watering menus. A formal, seated dining experience can accommodate between 75 and 250 guests.

Close to the M25 and with a train station within the grounds providing a 35-minute connection to central London. Gatwick and Heathrow Airports are 20 and 45 minutes away respectively and junction 6 on the M25 is only ten minutes’ drive.
