Tranquil and secluded, it is in fact only 7 miles from central Ipswich, and has excellent road access from both the A12 and A14. There are good rail links to London Liverpool Street, Cambridge and Norwich, and the market town of Woodbridge is a short drive away, with its own station providing rail access to Ipswich and the coast.
