Comprising the Grand South Barn for the Main Reception, Dancing and Feast and the linked West Barn for Civil Ceremonies and with the adjoining parish Church we think we have most eventualities covered and can seat 200 guests (250 at a squeeze) with room still left over for the dance floor. No need to rearrange tables and chairs half way through the wedding like many venues.
Licensed for civil ceremonies for 250 guests with dedicated separate linked ceremony barn and located close to the Suffolk / Essex Border
Set in a remote rural location surrounded by more than 1,000 acres of organic farmland, yet under a mile off the A134 main road.

The main reception and dancinng space with space to seat 200 without having to move any tables of chairs for the evening's dancing. Also thought to be one of the oldest remnants of a timber framed barn in Europe with it's history dating back to 996 and Aefflaed sister in law to King Edmund. Prior to that it was part of a Roman cattle camp.
