The Saracens Head Hotel is a historic, family run hotel in the heart of Southwell, Nottinghamshire. As of April 2011, the hotel has undergone an extensive refurbishment that includes all public areas and bedrooms. The Elizabethan charm and unique character of the Saracens Head remain in abundance, whilst a new management team has been appointed to ensure that customer service remains of the highest standard.

Executive Head Chef Andrew Crouch is raising the standard for diners in the hotel’s King Charles Restaurant, an elegant oak paneled room that dates back to the 17th Century.
