The office provides the following services only:

certificates of births, marriages, civil partnerships and deaths
change of name deed
Nationality Checking Service
Please note: This office holds all records of births, deaths and marriages for the former registration districts of Basford, Newark and Rushcliffe.

Newark and Rushcliffe area residents are still able to request certificates at their local office, particularly if urgent. Otherwise, all postal requests should be sent to this office in Bulwell. Email requests should be sent to certificates@nottscc.gov.uk
Alternatively, telephone enquiries should be directed to our Customer Service Centre on the number above.

This office no longer performs ceremonies.
