The Council has offices across the county and our main headquarters is County Hall in West Bridgford. Here you can find how to get to our main offices, including:

By car
County Hall is on the A60 Loughborough Road, south of Nottingham city centre.

There is a limited amount of free visitor and disabled car parking on site, which is signed as you drive into the main entrance from Loughborough Road.

By bus
Nottingham City Transport’s (NCT) green line buses 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 all serve Trent Bridge. They leave from many stops in the city centre, including Upper Parliament Street (Wilkinsons and the Iron Bed Company), Angel Row (outside the main library), Collin Street and the railway station. Ring the bell as the bus crosses Trent Bridge and get off at the next stop.

NCT’s navy line buses 1, 2 and 4 all serve Trent Bridge. They leave from many stops in the city centre, including Beastmarket Hill (outside Dawson’s bakery), Maid Marian Way, Collin Street and the railway station. Fares as above.

Trentbarton buses (Radcliffe Line, Xprss, Cotgrave Connection, Keyworth Connection, the Ruddington Connection, 22). Buses either depart from Friar Lane or Broadmarsh Bus Station and pass the railway station. All services pass over Trent Bridge towards County Hall, the friendly teams will advise which stop you need to alight at.

By train
Nottingham's Midland railway station is 15-20 minutes walk from County Hall. There are many buses that run from outside the station to Trent Bridge – these depart from stops 50 metres from the main station exit (turn right onto Carrington Street, the stops are outside the shops). See below for bus numbers. Taxis are also available from the rank outside the station entrance - the journey will take five-ten minutes and cost around £5.

Cycling
There are good cycle paths leading to County Hall, especially along the riverside and embankment.
