Council Chamber and Committee Room 4 hire
You can hire the Council Chamber and Committee room 4, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8.30am and 7pm. You can only hire the rooms if they are not needed for council meetings.
The Council Chamber has a dual screen audio visual display unit with remote control access and induction loop. The system accepts data on USB memory sticks, DVDs, CDs, floppy disks or you can bring your own laptop. All USB memory sticks must be virus checked by the council's IT Department before use. This must be done on the day of the booking, before the meeting starts.
Committee Room 4 has a projection system that accepts data on USB memory sticks, DVDs, CDs, floppy disks or you can bring your own laptop.
Access to the Council Chamber and Committee room is DDA compliant with power assisted pushpad doors and easy ramp access for wheelchair and disabled users. If you have any specific user requirements please contact us (see contact details below).
