The George Hotel guarantees to provide you with a value for money, priced package.
Day and 24hr residential delegate rates are available for all conferences, meetings or training courses and include the following additional items: -
Bottled Water
Bowls of boiled sweets
Iced water and glasses
Conference note pads and pencils
Audio Visual Equipment
A range of audio visual equipment is available for hire including overhead and carousel projectors, stands, lecterns, flipcharts, screens, DVD Players and TV monitors.
Included in the delegate price for conference, meetings and training courses when numbers are 30 or over, are the following items:
1 Flipchart and marker pens
1 Slide projector and screen
1 Overhead projector and acetate roll

We cater for a wide variety of special events and occasions including:-
Wedding Ceremonies - We are licenced for Civil Ceremonies for up to 120 persons.
Naming Ceremonies - For up to 150 guests
Receptions - For up to 150 guests
Private Dinner Parties - From intimate parties of 8-10 to parties for up to 120
Dinner Dances - For up to 100
Day and Residential Conferences, Seminars and Meetings - From 10 to 100
Exhibitions, Product launches - Situated on the ground floor with wide access doors, our Sir John Hedges Suite is ideal for large product exhibitions. Ample lighting and strategically located electrical sockets all around the suite make these rooms ideal for such events.
Themed Events - Including: Valentines, Mothering Sunday, Easter, Haloween, Christmas & New Year
