You Wedding Spaces

We have wedding rooms available from 10 to 200 guests. Our main wedding room can cater for up to 110 sit down and then extended to over 200 with a marquee. The Regatta Suite, where the majority of our weddings take place, offers a neutral surrounding with large bifolding doors overlooking the courtyard, creating a free flowing space where all your guests can keep celebrating in one location; indoors and out.

The Thamesis and Isis Suites can also be hired, with views overlooking the river.

Our highly skilled wedding team will be on-hand throughout the day to ensure your wedding goes smoothly and you and your guests have a wonderful day.

We can work with you to create your perfect day, from organising a boat cruise along the Thames or a BBQ in our courtyard to whatever ideas you can come up with; we will do our best to make this a reality. The hotel offers a unique location for your wedding pictures with the picturesque river location providing a breathtaking backdrop for your memorable pictures.

Civil Ceremonies

If you are looking for an alternative venue to a registry office or church, the Red Lion Hotel is licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and you may find it more relaxing to hold both your marriage ceremony and reception in the same place. Our license allows us to hold the ceremony in 4 of our rooms.
