Approached by a winding driveway bordered by mature lime trees the hotel offers peace and tranquillity to all guests. Set in two acres of attractive English country garden which contains mixed and herbaceous borders with a wide variety of mature trees and overlooking 13 acres of parkland.

Accommodation
Broom Hall has fifteen en-suit bedrooms which are all individual furnished with most offering extensive views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.
The coach house which is 30 metres from the main building provides four ground floor rooms two of which are purpose built for disabled guests.
We can also accommodate pets in the coach house.
Residents also have free use of our heated indoor swimming pool which is open all year round and can Broom Hall Swimming Poolbe used at your leisure.

Complimentary WiFi is provided in all public areas and in all of our rooms, we operate a non smoking policy throughout including all bedrooms.

Dining
Swallowtails restaurant has dual aspect windows overlooking the gardens with the Ivy Room providing a more informal dining area where an open fire can be enjoyed in the winter months.
The Conservatory provides another dining or seating area where you can enjoy the beauty of the gardens. A feature of the public rooms are the ornate cornice ceilings and marble fire places.

We only hold one wedding a day and guarantee that you and your guests receive excellent service with that personal touch, ensuring a day to remember.

Licensed for Civil Ceremonies, Duo Ceremonies and Celebrations
The Chestnut Room is licensed for wedding ceremonies and celebrations, which can accommodate approximately 80 guests.
A Duo Ceremony is where most of your ceremony takes place in the gardens, with the legal elements of the marriage carried out in our licenced room.
The Chestnut Room can also accommodate up to 70 guests for a seated wedding breakfast, buffet or informal afternoon tea.

CONFERENCES

The Chestnut room is air conditioned with plenty of windows for natural light and has a view across the lawn with direct garden access.

This room can comfortably seat up to 70 delegates theatre style, 26 boardroom style, 40 Cabaret style or 30 Classroom style.

Refreshments and food can be arranged to suit your requirements.

Inclusive is a projector screen, flip chart and pens and cordials with iced water.
